OUR HOUSE (2010), feature documentary
Directed by Greg King and David Teague.
56 Minutes

In 2010,  Greg and long-time collaborator David Teague released the feature documentary Our House. With a World Premiere at the prestigious Hot Docs Festival in Toronto, Canada, the film enjoyed a successful film festival run, winning the Grand Jury Award at the 2010 deadCENTER Film Festival, and the Best Documentary Award at the 2011 Derby City Film Festival, and was broadcast on The Documentary Channel in the US, and on Canal + in Poland.

Our House portrays the vibrant characters and daily life of an experimental commune for the homeless in a warehouse squat in Brooklyn.  Run by three young activists with progressive Christian beliefs,  the unusual space was short-lived,  but its impact is seen in the men and women that called it home.

The film is available on DVD through this site, and on Amazon.
